Do you prefer to train outdoors in the fresh air, then my outdoor group fitness training and Boot Camps are just the thing to keep you motivated. These sessions incorporate a variety of styles such as partner or team activities, HIIT etc.

Functional Training

Functional training involves movements and exercises that we use in our every day activities. By strengthening muscles commonly used in movements such as pushing, pulling lifting etc we can perform activities of daily life more effectively whilst avoiding injury.

Most exercises are performed using ones own body weight or complimented with resistance bands.

TRX

TRX training is suspension training using gravity and your body weight to develop strength, conditioning, core stability and coordination. TRX training can be modified for any level and intensity to get your muscles working and your heart pumping!
